A hometown 4th of July celebration!

Activities all weekend long culminate in a patriotic display of fireworks at dusk! Here's just some of the fun you'll find at Fenton's Freedom Festival! (For specific dates and times please visit the Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce website.)

Back to the Bricks Tune Up Event - August

 
Classic Car
Come and see the classic cars in Fenton Thursday, August 8, 2013!

Make sure to stop in at Suski Used Cars on Silver Parkway for a shirt ticket from 2-3:30 pm and check out stops on Owen Rd east to downtown. "Be Closer" to some sweet cars downtown while enjoying the Farmer's market from 5-8 pm, live concert from 7-8:30 pm and community fun. Hang out til the end of the concert for T-shirt giveaway.

S. Leroy will be closed between Mill St and Silver Lake Road from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. At 5:00 pm the road closure will be expanded to South Leroy between Shiawassee and Silver Lake Road.

Custom cars and trucks will be displayed along Leroy and adjacent parking lots from 2:00 pm - 8:30 pm for car enthusiasts to enjoy!

Taste in Fenton - August

 
Taste In Fenton
Taste in Fenton is like a big neighborhood dinner where nobody has to cook!

Over 30 local restaurants bring tastes of all of their favorites, the Fenton Winery & Brewery shared samples of their own one-of-a-kind wines and beers. Live music, kids entertainment and an art fair round out this day of family-friendly fun!

Taste in Fenton is organized by the Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce. The event is held behind the Fenton Community and Cultural Center.


 

St. John Parish Applefest - September

 
St. John Applefest Fenton Michigan
Fenton Michigan's St. John Applefest has been a Fenton community favorite for over 50 years. Friends, neighbors and families gather each fall for old-fashioned fun!  Local moms, grandmas, aunts and cousins compete with their best recipes in the annual Apple Pie Baking contest, while the kids enjoy carnival rides. Bingo, Texas Hold’em tournaments, raffles and live music keep the fun going all weekend long.

Over 1000 apple pies are baked, served and sold at this annual community celebration.

Event So Good It's Scary - October

 
Event So Good Its Scary Downtown Fenton

The Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce sponsors trick-or-treat at Fenton businesses each year near Halloween.

Super heroes, vampires, fairy princesses and other little ghouls and goblins are invited to stroll from store to store collecting candy from over 40 merchants. Come and bring your "fiends" for a hauntingly "ghoul" time, as the eerie, the weird and the silly descend on Downtown Fenton.

Jinglefest! - December

 
Fenton Jinglefest Ice Sculpture Parade Downtown
A Downtown Fenton Holiday Celebration!

The Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation for this exciting two-day event, held annually during the first weekend in December. Festivities include: a talent show for middle and high school students, shopping in downtown businesses, beautifully carved ice sculptures, a Christmas market, live entertainment, bonfires, hot cocoa and s'mores.

Highlights of the weekend are the Jingle Jog and the Lighted Parade! Don't miss this annual Fenton tradition.
